If Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

How to request a refund

Email sfbulkactions@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
