وازاب CRM إضافة لمتصفح Chrome/Edge تعمل بجانب واتساب ويب. هذه الصفحة توضح البيانات التي نقرأها، وأين تُحفظ، وكيف يمكنك حذفها.
ماذا نقرأ من واتساب ويب؟
نقرأ فقط محادثة واتساب المفتوحة حالياً: اسم الشات ورقم الهاتف إن ظهر
في ترويسة المحادثة أو كان معرّف واتساب من نوع @c.us. لا نقرأ سجل كل
محادثاتك، ولا نجمع أرقام معرفات واتساب من نوع @lid كأرقام هواتف.
ماذا نخزّن؟
- جهات الاتصال والوسوم والتذكيرات والملاحظات التي تحفظها أنت في الإضافة.
- تُزامَن هذه البيانات مع خادمنا في MongoDB المرتبط بحسابك.
- تسجيل الدخول يتم عبر Firebase Authentication (حساب Google).
الذكاء الاصطناعي (اختياري)
عند طلبك فقط (مثل اقتراح رد أو تلخيص)، قد نرسل مقتطفاً من سياق المحادثة المفتوحة إلى Anthropic لمعالجة الطلب. لا نستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخلفية دون إجراء منك.
ما لا نفعله
لا نبيع بياناتك. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات. لا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة (الاستضافة، Firebase، Anthropic عند تفعيل الذكاء الاصطناعي).
حذف الحساب والبيانات
احذف الإضافة من المتصفح لإزالة البيانات المحلية. لحذف بيانات حسابك من خادمنا، راسلنا على mahmoud.mma.en@gmail.com من البريد المرتبط بالحساب وسنحذف السجلات المرتبطة به.

Wazzap CRM is a Chrome/Edge extension that sits beside WhatsApp Web. This page explains what we read, where it is stored, and how you can delete it.
What we read from WhatsApp Web
We read only the currently open chat: the chat name and, when available,
the phone number from the chat header or a real WhatsApp @c.us identifier.
We do not scrape your full chat history, and we do not treat WhatsApp @lid
identifiers as phone numbers.
What we store
- Contacts, tags, reminders, and notes that you save in the extension.
- That CRM data is synced to MongoDB on our server, tied to your account.
- Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication (Google account).
Optional AI
Only when you trigger it (for example a reply suggestion or summary) we may send a snippet of the open-chat context to Anthropic. We do not run AI on your chats in the background without that action.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for ads. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the service (hosting, Firebase, and Anthropic when you use AI).
Deleting your account and data
Remove the extension in your browser to clear local data. To delete your account data from our server, email mahmoud.mma.en@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete the associated records.
